• We know families work hard to acquire and build their wealth. We invest alongside them in every deal and treat their capital as sacred - just as we treat our own. 

• As operators, we know the challenges our portfolio companies face. As active managers, we work closely with management teams to achieve the desired outcome for them, and for us. 

• We typically partner with one or more families to raise $5-30+ million in each SPV.
